General
Is there an entrance fee?
No! Everyone is welcome. We offer credit packages with a range to fit every budget. Pick up a reloadable gaming card at the door for just $1, load it with credits, and play whatever you like.
How does the credit system work?
Credits are your play currency at Funhaven. Buy a credit package at the door, load credits onto your gaming card, and spend them on any attractions or arcade games you choose. Your gaming card never expires and is reloadable. You can share one card between your group, or split a package across multiple cards.
Is your facility bilingual?
Bilingualism isn't a requirement for joining our team, but many of our staff members are fluent in both English and French and are happy to assist you in either official language.

Attractions
Are there safety restrictions on your rides and attractions?
Yes. Our Bumper Cars, Roller Coaster, Hurricane, Hyperdeck, and Jungle Gym all have safety restrictions. Please check our Attractions page for the specific height and age requirements for each ride before your visit.
How many people can play laser tag at once?
We have 30 ultra-modern laser tag vests. A full game lasts approximately 15 minutes.
What is your policy on wearing shoes inside the facility?
Shoes or boots must be worn throughout the facility. The one exception is the Jungle Gym, where socks only are required.
Do you have a system to prevent children from leaving the facility unattended?
Funhaven is an all-ages facility — similar to a bowling alley or movie theatre — and does not have an access-control system on the front door. We recommend that parents and guardians supervise young children at all times. Please review our Safety & Security page for full details.
Food & Drinks
What kind of food do you have at Funhaven?
We bake our own fresh pizzas in-house and offer an extensive shareable menu — nachos, chicken wings, poutine, chicken fingers, and much more. We serve rotating seasonal craft beer on tap, plus a full range of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are you a nut-free establishment?
Funhaven does not process, sell, or allow nut products on the premises. However, some of our suppliers process nuts at their facilities, so there is a small possibility of cross-contamination. As a public venue, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.
What is your policy on bringing in outside food?
Outside food is not permitted in the facility. We make exceptions for special birthday cakes and guests with strict dietary requirements. Please contact us before your visit to arrange either of these.
Are you licensed to serve alcohol?
Yes, Funhaven is fully licensed to serve alcohol. We rotate seasonal craft beer on tap and offer a selection of alcoholic beverages. Check out our menu for full details.

Do you host birthday parties?
