Are you a nut-free establishment?
Funhaven does not process, sell or allow nut products on the premises. However, some of our suppliers do process nuts on their premises so there is always an unlikely possibility of cross-contamination. In addition, as a public venue, we can’t guarantee a completely nut-free environment. Your safety is important to us, so please keep this in mind while you enjoy your time here!
What is your policy on bringing in outside food?
We do not allow outside food to be brought into the facility. We will make exceptions if a special cake is required for a birthday or if a guest has strict dietary requirements. To inquire about bringing a birthday cake or accommodating a strict dietary requirement, please contact us prior to your visit for more information.
Are you licensed to serve alcohol?
We are licensed to serve alcohol. Check out our menu for more details.
What is your policy on wearing shoes/boots inside the facility?
Shoes or boots should be worn everywhere in the facility, except in the jungle gym where you must wear socks only.
Do you have birthday parties?
How many people can play laser tag at once?
Do you have a system in place to prevent children from leaving the facility unattended?
Funhaven is an all ages facility – much like a bowling alley or movie theatre – and as such, there is no access control system on the front door. Please check out our safety and security page for more information.

Is your facility bilingual?
Bilingualism isn’t a must-have for joining our team, but you’ll find that many of our amazing staff members are fluent in both official languages!
What kind of food do you have at Funhaven?
Is there an entrance fee?
No! Everyone is welcome, we offer credit packages with a range to fit everyone’s budget.
