We collect information you provide through the contact form (name, email, phone, message) and basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
How we use it
We use your contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We group ours into three categories, and nothing outside the first category is loaded until you tell us it's okay.
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: page routing, your language choice (English or French), and form security. These are always active and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. These tell us which pages and attractions people visit, how long they stay, and where the site is confusing. Clarity also records anonymized session replays and heatmaps.
- Marketing — used to show Funhaven promotions and party offers on other sites and to measure whether those ads worked.
Analytics and marketing cookies stay switched off until you accept them. If you decline, Google Tag Manager still loads but receives a signal that blocks its tags from storing anything on your device, and Microsoft Clarity is never loaded at all. Your choice is stored in a cookie named fh_consent for 6 months, after which we ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the link below or the Cookie Settings link in the site footer.
