This was my first time at Fun Haven. Looks pretty normal on the outside but when you step in it's amazing. My son had a blast and already wants to keep his birthday party there. The rides worked well with a wide variety to choose from for ages and the food was really good.
My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday at FunHaven today and she had such a great time! The staff were very helpful and friendly even during the March Break rush. They were also kind enough to understand that I missed the party in the email where it said no confetti 😬. So just a heads-up no confetti poppers! Would highly recommend.

What parents usually want to know
Do you provide table setup?
Yes. We provide cups, plates, napkins, cutlery, and a tablecloth so you can walk in and celebrate without hauling supplies.
Is there a dedicated party host?
We do not assign a dedicated host, but our staff are on the floor throughout your visit and happy to assist whenever you need help.
Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes?
Yes — nut-free cakes and cupcakes from outside are welcome. Let us know ahead of time so our team can plan around it. We also sell Funhaven cakes and cupcakes if you prefer.
Can I bring decorations?
Absolutely. Balloons, banners, and centerpieces are all welcome. We just ask that you skip piñatas and anything with glitter or loose confetti to keep the space clean and safe for everyone.
What if my child has a severe food allergy?
Guests with severe food allergies are welcome to bring a sealed meal for their child. For all other dietary questions or special requests, reach out before your event and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food is not permitted — the exception is nut-free cakes or cupcakes. We have a full food and snack menu available for your party.
Do arcade credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so guests can use any remaining credits on a future visit.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Funhaven gift cards make a great party favour or birthday present for guests. Ask our team at the venue.
Can we reserve a laser tag time slot for our party?
Laser tag runs on a first-come, first-served basis and is not reservable. Arriving a little earlier in your booking window is the best way to secure a round.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates. Popular time slots fill quickly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least one week before the event receive a full deposit refund to the original payment method. Cancellations within one week are refunded as Funhaven credits at a rate of $0.25 per credit (e.g. a $100 refund = 400 credits). Table and room rental cancellations also require at least one week of notice.
What ages are birthday parties best for?
Funhaven parties work great for a wide range of ages — younger kids, tweens, teens, and even adults. Some attractions have height or age requirements, so let us know your group's age range when booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least one week prior to your event, your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made within one week of the event will be refunded via a Funhaven gift card, issued as credits at a rate of $0.25 per credit. For example, a $100 refund would be converted to 400 Funhaven credits.
