If you cancel at least one week prior to your event, your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made within one week of the event will be refunded via a Funhaven gift card, issued as credits at a rate of $0.25 per credit. For example, a $100 refund would be converted to 400 Funhaven credits.
